Shown in these two photos is a new transom cut from the factory jig for a 19' Lyman as well as plank replcement at the water line. |

| Stem Replacement - Lyman 20' Runabout | |

This series of photos shows the replcement of the rotted section of the white oak stem and knee area being replaced along with the plank ends on both the starboard and port side. |

| Forward Keel and Partial Bottom Replacement | |

| This
26' had a serious problem in the bottom. The entire forward keel was replaced along with the knee and partial stem. The garboard planks had to be removed because of rot as well as to remove entire forward keel section. The rest of the planking was fitted with 8 to 1 scarf joints glued and screwed. Marine fir plywood was used to match the original. Bottom was primed in red lead before painting. |
